Manchurian sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Vegetable stock
½ cup Green onion; thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger root; minced
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Wasabi; (or 1/2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper)

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Regrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

NOTES : If you are watching your sodium intake, substitute one of the low-sodium varieties of soy sauce, but keep in mind that these may still be quite high in salt.
