Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Sausage
1 pounds Hamb
1 each Diced onion
x Crackers to hold mix togethr
x 1/2 jar picante sauce
1 each Egg
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 can Sauerkraut for balls

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except kraut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr. for balls make meat mixture into balls and wrap firmly with kraut and place in a baking dish. Bake same as loaf.
