1 | pint | Cider vinegar |
1 | pounds | Maytag bleu cheese; crumbled |
3 | ounces | Heavy cream |
TT black pepper | ||
TT kosher salt |
Directions
1. Combine all of the above and mix to a smooth consistency.
2. Adjust seasoning
3. Chill before serving!
