Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg;
2 cups Lean grd round; 15% fat
2 slices Bread; cubed fine
¼ cup Catup
cup Onion; chopped fine
2 tablespoons Green pepper; chopped fine
1 teaspoon Salt;
½ teaspoon Dry mustard;
1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish; if desired

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf.
