Meat loaf variants

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
4 eaches Bacon strips
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 eaches Eggs, beaten
1 each Onion, small chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
½ cup Milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Place in loaf pan with bacon on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 deg: 1. Replace half beef with covered veal or pork. Add

½ cup* parmesan

cheese + chopped olives. 2. Replace milk with tomato sauce, tomato soup or ½ cup* catsup and

water. 3. Replace some beef with chopped ham, lamb or chicken. 4.

Add cooked peas, carrots or other vegetables. *quantity for standard serving size.
