Little chopped parsley | ||
2 | tablespoons | Mashed potatoes |
1 | Egg white | |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
Any kind of cooked or tinned meat,can be used.Chop meat and onion very finely.Put into basin with the cold potatoes,a small teaspoonful fo chopped parsley and half teaspoonful salt.Add a good dash of pepper and mix all well together with a fork,using egg white to bind the mixture.With floured hands roll the mixture into ballls.Cook a few at a time in smoking hot fat and whil cooking remainder,deep the cooked balls very hot.Serve with mashed potatoes and a hot brown sauce.
