1 cup Macaroni -- uncooked elbow
4 Eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
cup Milk
½ cup Buttermilk baking mix
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
Shredded Cheddar cheese --

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 cups cheese and the macaroni; sprinkle into a 10-inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Except for the remaining ¼ cup cheese, beat the remaining ingredients until smooth for about 15 seconds in a blender on high speed (or for 1 minute in a large bowl with a hand beater). Pour into the pie plate. Bake for about 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup cheese. Bake for 1-2 more minutes, until the cheese is melted. Cool for 10 minutes then cut into wedges.
