Mustard broiled flounder fillets

pounds Flounder fillets
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup Chopped parsley Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat broiler. Place fish in a single layer on lightly oiled broiler rack. Brush lightly with oil. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and pepper; spread over fish. Broil 3-8 minutes or till topping is browned and fish flakes easily when tested with fork. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish. Place on heated platter; serve atonce.
