Mustard horseradish butter for fish

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
5 tablespoons Butter; room temperature
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, scrape into a serving bowl and serve at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
