No-fry french toast~

Nonstick spray coating
1 Egg -- sligthly beaten
1 Egg white -- slightly
Beaten
¾ cup Skim milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 slices French bread -- 1/2\" thick
¼ teaspoon Orange peel -- finely
Shredded
cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Honey
teaspoon Cornstarch
teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

ORANGE SYRUP

Preparation Time: 10 min. Cooking Time: 11 min.

Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. In a shallow bowl combine egg, egg white, milk and vanilla. Dip bread slices in egg mixture just long enough to coat both sides. Place on baking sheet.

Bake in a 450~ oven about 6 minutes or till bread is lightly browned.

Turn bread over and bake 5 to 8 minutes more or till golden.

ORANGE SYRUP: In a small saucepan stir together orange peel, orange jucie, honey, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Serve toast with warm orange syrup. Serves 4.
