North carloina western bbq sauce #2 (for smoked pork)

1 can Tomato
2 cups Water
1 can (6 oz) tom paste
2 Dried chilis
½ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 Lemons , juice of
¼ cup Wine vinegar
teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco
2 tablespoons Pepper
1 Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic
2 Bay leaf
½ pounds Butter
2 teaspoons Dry mustard

Directions

1. Simmer all 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
