Orange beef and wild rice

Ingredients

¾ pounds Topround steak; 1/2\" cubes
1 Onion; chopped
2 Carrots; sliced
½ pounds Mushrooms; sliced
2 Cloves garlic; finely chop'd
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Grated orange zest
1 cup Orange juice
1 can (13 3/4 oz) reduced-sodium beefbroth
1 pack (6 oz) wild and white rice pilaf
¼ cup Chopped parsley

Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 40 - 45 minutes Cost: $ 1.66 each 1) Brown beef in nonstick dutch oven. Add onion, carrot, mushrooms; cook 8 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add thyme, zest, juice, broth, rice with seasonings.

2) Simmer, covered 30 to 35 minutes. Stir in parsley.
