Orange glazed carrots

6 mediums Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Dark brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Orange juice
1 teaspoon Lemon peel
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.

2. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir occasionally so that carrots are well glazed.
