Orange-cinnamon whole wheat couscous

1 Can 10oz/284 ml mandarin
Orange segments in natural
Juice
1 Orange or Apple juice
1 Stick (2inch) cinnamon
3 Whole cloves
½ cup Whole wheat couscous
1 teaspoon Liquid honey or to taste
2 tablespoons Toasted chopped pecans(opt)

Directions

Drain juice from oranges into glass measure. Add orange or apple juice to mandarin juice if nesessary, so that it measures ¾ cup. In a small sauce pan, combine juice, cinnamon stick and cloves; bring to boil over high heat. Stir in couscous. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring, until liquid is absorbed. Remove saucepan from heat; let stand, for 5 mins. Gently stir in mandarin orange segments and honey. Serve hot, sprinkled with pecans. 233 calories 1 fat gram.
