Peppery pan-fried shrimp

Ingredients

½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Peeled shrimp; deveined
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 Lemon; juice

Directions

On a large plate, combine flour, black and cayenne pepper, and salt.

Lightly coat shrimp in flour mixture. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until golden and curled, about 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with lemon juice .
