Pike's peak spiked apple crisp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Granny Smith apple; peeled and sliced
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 Jigger Grand Marnier
1 Jigger amaretto
¾ cup Granulated sugar
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
¾ cup Sifted flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Butter
Whipped cream; or ice cream to top

Directions

Arrange apple slices in greased 2 quart round casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon, lemon and orange rinds and both liquers on top of apples. In separate bowl, mix sugars, flour, salt and butter with a pastry blender till crumbly.

Spread mixture on top of apples. Bake uncovered at 350 till apples are tender and top is slightly browned. Approx one hour. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
