Pork chops with mustard seeds

4 tablespoons Mustard powder
2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
6 Fresh sage leaves; chopped, or 1
; teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon
; dried rosemary
125 millilitres Dry cider; (4fl oz)
4 Pork chops

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200øC/400øF/Gas Mark 6.

Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the mixture over both sides of the chops.

Put the chops on a foil-lined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
