Directions
Preheat the oven to 200øC/400øF/Gas Mark 6.
Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the mixture over both sides of the chops.
Put the chops on a foil-lined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
