Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Red apples -- unpeeded cut
Chunks
1 large Orange -- peeled &
Sectioned
1 each Banana -- peeled & sliced
2 eaches Kiwi fruit -- peeled &
Sliced
1 carton Lemon yogurt, lowfat -- or
Vanilla 8 oz
1 each Fresh mint -- optional

Directions

Combine all fruit in a medium bowl; toss gentlly. Spoon into individual serving bowls; top with a dollop of yogurt. Garnish with mint if desired. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
