¾ | cup | Evaporated skim milk |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt, optional |
1 | each | Pk DRY Butter buds mix |
1 | can | (21oz) regular or lite pie filling, any flaovr |
1 | each | Pk Sweet 'n Low if using lite |
1 | teaspoon | Almond extract, if using lite |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
OR | ||
1 | each | Pk Sweet 'n Low |
MIXED WITH | ||
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Pour pie filling int a square casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.
Sprinkle Butter buds on top of fruit. Pour batter mix on too of fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the batter. Bake at 350F.
35-40 minutes. Serve warm with nonfat frozen yogurt or Dream Whip.
