Red pepper, feta and garlic hummos

Ingredients

1 can Chickpeas; drained and rinsed
; 1 (19-oz/540 mL)
2 Sweet red peppers; roasted, peeled,
; seeded, and diced 2
2 Cloves garlic; minced, or 1 head
; roasted garlic 2
2 ounces Feta cheese; crumbled 60 g
¼ teaspoon Hot red pepper sauce 1 mL
½ teaspoon Pepper 2 mL
Salt to taste

Directions

Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (until almost mashed).

Add red peppers and garlic. Process on/off until combined but not completely pureed.

Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off until evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt.
