Rice, orange and pecan salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cooked brown rice
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Orange sections, or canned mandarin orange sections
½ cup Golden raisins
½ cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Pecan halves, toasted
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
