Roasted baby carrots

Ingredients

4 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh or 1 tsp.dried thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 pack (16 oz.) plus 1 package ( 8 oz.) baby-cut carrots ( 9 cups)

Directions

PREP: 5 MIN BAKE: 40 MINUTES

Heat oven to 425F. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in pan; stir to coat.
