Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Vanilla wafers
Sugar, powdered
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup Nuts; chopped fine
½ cup Corn syrup, light
2 ounces Rum, dark

Directions

Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Blend in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts. Mix syrup and rum. Add to wafer mixture and let stand 30 minutes.

Form into small balls and roll in additional powdered sugar. Store in airtight containers.
