Salata horiatiki (country salad)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 eaches Small plum tomatoes
3 eaches Cucumbers
2 eaches Small onions
1 each Green pepper
½ pounds Feta cheese (or to taste)
Salt & pepper to taste
Olives

Directions

Clean and cut tomatoes into bite-sized pcs. Cut cukes. Mince onions and peppers. Cut up feta cheese. Place all these in bowl, add olives. Season. Toss well. Serve with oil & vinegar dressing.
