Salmon balls

Ingredients

| 14 | ounces | Salmon, drained and flaked |
| ½ | teaspoon | Liquid BBQ Sauce |
| 8 | ounces | Cream Cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion, grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Horseradish |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Walnuts or Pecans, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh Parsley, chopped |
Directions
Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Serve with crackers.
