Savory ham and apple dutch baby

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray | ||
2 | teaspoons | Vegetable oil |
½ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
2 | cups | Peeled chopped Golden Delicious apple |
1 | cup | Diced lower-salt deli ham, (5 ounces) |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Skim milk |
¾ | cup | All-purpose flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | Eggs |
Directions
Wrap handle of a large nonstick skillet with aluminum foil. Coat skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and sugar; saute 10 minutes or until browned. Add apple, ham, and pepper; saute 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Remove from heat.
Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour over apple mixture.
Bake at 425 deg for 18 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 wedge).
