cup Seasoned croutons, crushed
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
8 Boneless, skinless chicken
Breast halves
cup Dijon mustard

Directions

Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with foil and spray with Pam. Combine croutons, cheese and parsley. Brush with chicken with mustard and roll in crouton mixture. Place chicken on pan. Bake at 450F. 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

Per serving: 200 cal., 29 g protein, 4 g carb., 0 g fiber, 5 g fat, 76 mg cholesterol, 480 mg sodium, 240 mg potassium, ½ starch and 3 lean meat exchanges.
