Savoury oven fried chicken breasts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Paprika
teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ cup Buttermilk
800 grams Skinless boneless chicken breast
tablespoon Butter; melted

Directions

1. Combine breadcrumbs through cayenne in shallow dish. Place buttermilk in shallow dish.

2. Dip chicken in buttermilk, dredge in breadcrumb mixture, then place on sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken and bake at 400F for 40 mins.

NOTES : Moist and tender with great flavour. Take any leftover crumb mixture and sprinkle or crumble over chicken pieces on baking sheet. Adds extra crunchiness.
