½ | cup | Olive oil |
½ | cup | Sherry |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice or vinegar |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground rosemary |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground thyme |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground oregano |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground marjoram |
2 | pounds | Shrimp, shelled and deveined |
Directions
Mix soy sauce, oil, sherry, lemon juice, garlic salt, ginger, rosemary, thyme, oregano and marjoram. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 1 to 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade and broil 5 to 7 minutes.
