Shrimp, teriyaki style

Ingredients

½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Olive oil
½ cup Sherry
2 tablespoons Lemon juice or vinegar
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground rosemary
¼ teaspoon Ground thyme
¼ teaspoon Ground oregano
¼ teaspoon Ground marjoram
2 pounds Shrimp, shelled and deveined

Directions

Mix soy sauce, oil, sherry, lemon juice, garlic salt, ginger, rosemary, thyme, oregano and marjoram. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 1 to 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade and broil 5 to 7 minutes.
