Shrimp dip delight

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp, raw
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 cups Green onion, chopped fine
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Celery, chopped

Directions

Boil, peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise. Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight. Submitted By ROBERT BALLENGER On 01-02-95
