1 | quart | Wicker's Marinade and Baste |
2 | cups | Chicken stock |
1 | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | cup | Soy sauce |
4 | Sticks unsalted butter |
Directions
Combine ingredients and place on smoker until butter melts. Brush on every 20-30 minutes.
