Smokie hash brown breakfast

½ | pack | (12-oz) frozen hash brown potatoes |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
1 | slice | (large) onion; separated into rings |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped green chiles |
1 | slice | Processed American cheese |
Taco sauce; if desired |
Directions
Cut Smokie links lengthwise. Cook hashbrowns in oil 5-7 minutes. Turn. Add Smokies and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Top hashbrowns with Smokies, onions, chiles and cheese. Cover. Heat 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 1.
