2 | Chicken flavored Bouillon Cubes | |
¼ | cup | Margarine |
6 | slices | Schwan's American Processed Cheese |
½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
1 | cup | Frozen Gourmet's Choice Baby Carrots, thawed & sliced |
½ | cup | Celery, diced |
2 | cups | Frozen Schwan's Diced Chicken Meat |
1 | cup | Sour Cream* |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350øF. Prepare bacon in skillet over medium heat; drain and crumble. In large saucepan or stock pot combine potato patties, water and bouillon cubes. Cover and place over medium-low heat until patties are thawed and crumbled. Add margarine, cheese, onion, carrots, celery, chicken and bacon; mix well. Gradually add sour cream; stirring until well blended. Stir in salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes.
Makes 6-8 servings.
NOTE: *Lite sour cream may be used in place of sour cream.
