3 | eaches | Tomatoes, chopped |
1 | each | Butter or margarine |
1 | each | Red snapper, 3-4 lb |

DIRECTIONS
Mince and brown in one cup olive oil the garlic, onion and bell pepper. Next add capers, chili powder, salt, cloves, allspice, pepper, olives and tomatoes. Place fish in baking pan or dish. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Pour sauce over the fish and bake for 35 minutes at 375-F or until flaky, basting 2 or 3 times. Also for: Any ole fish will do.
