28 | fluid ounce | Crushed tomatoes |
1½ | cup | Ketchup |
1 | cup | Fresh orange juice |
6 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
6 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
½ | cup | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Liquid smoke flavoring |
¼ | cup | Honey |
½ | cup | Brown sugar; packed |
3 | tablespoons | Crystallized ginger; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Dark molasses |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Tobasco |
2 | tablespoons | Chili powder |
1 | tablespoon | Coriander; ground |
1 | tablespoon | Dry mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Saute onion until golden brown. Add garlic for one minute. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
