Sourdough gingerbread waffles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Molasses
6 tablespoons Cooking oil
½ cup Sourdough starter
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoons Sugar

Directions

Mix together molasses, oil, sourdough starter, milk and eggs. Combine flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar. Add dry ingredients to starter mixture and blend well. Pour desired amount of batter on hot waffle grids. cook about 5 to 6 min.
