Soy, cilantro and jalapeno sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cilantro; minced
1 teaspoon Jalapeno; minced, with seeds
1 teaspoon Green onion; minced
¾ teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
½ teaspoon Red wine vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in small bowl.

NOTES : Can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.

: Use with egg rolls or pot stickers as dipping sauce. (Might be good with chicken too.)
