Soy, cilantro and jalapeno sauce

1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Cilantro; minced |
1 | teaspoon | Jalapeno; minced, with seeds |
1 | teaspoon | Green onion; minced |
¾ | teaspoon | Oriental sesame oil |
½ | teaspoon | Red wine vinegar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in small bowl.

NOTES : Can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
