½ | medium | Red Onion; Finely Chopped, About 1/2 Cup |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh Cilantro; Chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Red Wine Or Cider Vinegar |
2 | teaspoons | Fresh Hot Green Chili; Chopped, OR |
¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper; Crushed |
1 | teaspoon | Honey |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
