Spicy hot buttered shrimp

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Medium to large shrimp
Garlic barbecue salt
Black pepper (don't skimp)
1 pounds Butter
Lemon pepper salt

Directions

Place unpeeled shrimp in a 9x13 inch pan. Dot butter over shrimp. Sprinkle heavily with garlic salt and lemon pepper salt. Completely cover the shrimp with black pepper. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Stir twice during the baking to be sure all the shrimp are cooking. Serve in large bowls. Scoop up about ¼ cup of the black pepper mixture from the bottom and place in the bowl with the shrimp. Serve with hot French bread, a green salad and plenty of napkins.
