| 1 | pack | Spinach, thawed & drained |
| 1 | pounds | Monteray jack, cubed |
| ¾ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
| 5 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs, beaten |
Directions
Mix and pour in 7 x 11" pan. Bake at 400 for 30 Minutes (or 350 for 45 minutes) Cool and cut. May be served warm or cold.
