Stir fry linguine

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Onion, coarsely chopped
1 each Clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 pounds Sirloin stead, cut in very thin strips
1 each Green pepper, julienned
12 eaches Mushrooms, quartered
14 ounces Spagetti sauce (canned or homemade)
1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
1 pounds Hot cooked linguine, drained

Directions

Stir fry onion and garlic in oil. Add beef. Continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add vegetables, stri fry for 1 minutes. Pour in sauce and heat through.
