Stir fry linguine

Ingredients

1 | each | Onion, coarsely chopped |
1 | each | Clove garlic, minced |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 | pounds | Sirloin stead, cut in very thin strips |
1 | each | Green pepper, julienned |
12 | eaches | Mushrooms, quartered |
14 | ounces | Spagetti sauce (canned or homemade) |
1 | cup | Grated mozzarella cheese |
1 | pounds | Hot cooked linguine, drained |
Directions
Stir fry onion and garlic in oil. Add beef. Continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add vegetables, stri fry for 1 minutes. Pour in sauce and heat through.
