Sugar free peanut butter balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Margarine
2 tablespoons Sugar substitute
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Water
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 Egg white

Directions

½ cu up chopped roasted peanuts 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 Beat margarine and sugar till fluffy. Add vanilla, water, and flour, mixing well. Refrigerate 1 hour.

3 Form into 1 inch balls, dip into beaten egg white and roll into peanuts.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Store in an airtight container. Makes 54 cookies
