Directions
* Note: Sui Choy and tatsoi are members of the cabbage family. To make the Sui Choy Slaw Dressing: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together, and add salt and pepper to taste. (Makes about ½ cup) To make the Salad: Combine carrots, Sui Choy and dressing, mix well. Place slaw on a bed of pea shoots, tatsoi or mesclun greens. This recipe yields 4 servings.
