½ | cup | Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Not Oil-Packed |
1 | tablespoon | Poppy Seeds |
1 | tablespoon | Toasted Sesame Seeds |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | tablespoon | Honey |
1½ | teaspoon | Wonderslim, *Or 1 T Oil |
¼ | cup | Nonfat Milk |
1 | cup | Water |
Directions
I toasted the sesame seeds till they were very lightly colored and snipped the sun-dried tomatoes into large pieces.
I put all the ingredients into the baking basket and set it for light crust and pushed start.
