Super chunky meat sauce

1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup Chopped green pepper
1 can Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauces Chunky Garlic and Herb (15 oz)
1 can Hunt's Ready Choice-Cut Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
2 tablespoons Snipped parsley
8 ounces Mostaccioli or fettuccine, cooked and drained
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Crumble meat into a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Stir in onion.

Cover; micro-cook on 100% power (HIGH) for 5-7 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once. Drain meat; set aside. Wipe out casserole with paper towels. Combine mushrooms, green pepper, chunky garlic and herb tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes in casserole. Cover; cook on high for 7-9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Stir in meat mixture and parsley. Cover; cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI On 08-14-95
