Surf and turf kabobs

Ingredients

3 Packs (8oz ea) lobster
Tails
pounds White raw boneless turkey (
Cut into 1\" cubes)
2 Green peppers, cut in 1\"
Squares
24 Whole mushrooms
1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
1 small Grated onion
1 Mashed garlic clove
1 tablespoon Chili powder

Directions

Cut lobster tail, while frozen, into 3 pieces, shell & all. Thread lobster & turkey pieces, green peppers & mushrooms on skewers.

Combine remaining ingredients; place skewers in shallow pan & brush heavily with sauce; let stand 1 hour. Place kabobs 6" about grey coals; broil 5-6 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with sauce until brown & crusty.
