Sweet pickle potato salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

4 larges Potatoes
8 eaches Hard cooked egg whites, chopped
1 cup Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
½ cup Mustard
½ teaspoon Celery salt
½ cup Sweet pickle relish
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Remove and run cold water olver them until they are cool enough to peel. Cut into bite sized pieces. In large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, celery salt and pepper. Mix in the potatoes and chopped egg whites; stir to coat well. Cover and chill.
