Terry genger's pinto bean fiesta fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Pinto Beans, Warm Cooked
¾ cup Butter -- melted
1 cup Cocoa
1 tablespoon Vanilla
2 pounds Powdered Sugar
1 cup Pecans -- chopped

Directions

Mash or sieve beans. Add melted butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in powdered sugar gradually. Add nuts and press mixture into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
