Ingredients

2 quarts Popcorn popped in oil
2 teaspoons Ground chili powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Ground cumin
1 cup Cubed Monterey Jack cheese (in 1/4\" cubes)

Directions

Keep popped corn warm. Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.

Nutritional info per serving (based on 3-cup servings): Total calories 402, 29 g fat (18 g saturated), 16 g carbohydrates, 0.9 g fiber, 22 g protein, 888 mg sodium, 66 mg cholesterol. For a lower-fat version of Tex-Mex Mix, use low-sodium, low-fat cheese for 22 g of fat (12 g saturated).
