2 Boneless pork chops; (cut into strips)
1 Head broccoli
8 ounces Sliced mushrooms
2 Bell peppers; sliced
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

PROCEDURE:

Saute pork in olive oil until lightly brown. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and peppers. Saute until vegetables become tender. Add salt, black pepper, garlic. Serve over wild rice or pasta.
